      XML backup fails when generating site backup using backup manager and error message below prompt on the screen.

      How to Replicate

      1. Go to Backup Manager in confluence and generate a backup
      2. Choose Backup and with or without attachments checked
      3. The backup spining in a while and the error message prompt out.
      4. Looking at the logs, it seems like Confluence is not able to write the exportDescriptor file

      Expected Result

      Site backup successfully generated.

      Actual Results

      Backup finish with export error

      "Export in progress - not responding/ Unexpected error during export has occurred"

      Notes

      This particular bug happens when there is at least one user with an invalid email address (like test@example.com) present on Confluence's cwd_user table as well as with a null entry in the enternal_id column.
