Links and web images with URLs failed with 403 error on Confluence

Summary

• When uploading an image using the upload from image URL, the images failed rendered on the page after some time.

Steps to reproduce:

• Click Insert files and images from your toolbox
• Insert an URL on the Image URL field
• Publish the page
• After some time the images failed to render on the page.

Workaround

select the 3 dots menu on the top of the page and select attachments and choose the file, or drag and drop a file from your machine to the page directly.
