Summary

When working with the new editor of Confluence and trying to add inline comments to text that is inside the Panel macro, the same will display the message below:

We can't add your inline comment; the section you highlighted may contain a macro or user mention. Try highlighting plain text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page using the new editor in Confluence (e.g. Blog Posts and Meeting Notes)
2. Insert the Panel macro by using the "/panel" command in the editor and have some text inserted in it.
3. Publish the page
4. Highlight the text and tap the Comment button. After that, make sure to write a comment and try to publish the same.

Expected Results

The comment should be added inside the panel information

It did not happen with the older editor.

Comment at the bottom of the page.
