Hide "Space Settings" from non-space administrators

In Confluence, if the user does not have space administrator permission, the same will still be able to see the Space Settings button, which will allow the same to see options like the Integrations and Space Settings.

For some specific reasons, due to the integration with Slack, any user can integrate a space with a slack application and this can impact on the usability of the spaces. This is a suggestion to disable the Space Settings option for users that are not administrators of a specific space.
