If I have a long table that extends outside the viewport window size I can't see the horizontal scrollbar because it's stuck to the bottom of the table that sits off screen! 
This makes the table useless on desktop as I can't scroll horizontally to see content... I don't have a trackpad to do this...and can't scroll horizontally with the mouse.
