Macro placement in Global and Space Templates appears to be working again. Everyone keep your fingers crossed.

            Same issue.

Workaround worked at first; but after some save/edit cycles don't works (Global page templates); only works if we copy an existent macro in the same template.

The functionality of the macros is degrading also in "normal" pages; we must try several times to insert a macro.

Behaviour tested on several browsers with the same results.

Same issue, macros are not working in templates, and any changes in existing template are not saving right now. Some macros are also not working in normal page, for example Fancy bullets.

Suggested workaround for those facing this issue.

            1. Create a new Blank page in any space.
            2. Create and configure the Macro you need for your template in this new page.
            3. Copy the macro and paste into the Edit or Create template page.

It's not pretty, but it works.

You cannot edit it once it has been pasted in to the template so you need to get it just right before pasting it in.
