Attachment Page Resize Bug

User are seeing a bad layout issue when opening the attachments view in full screen. Basically the layout does not fix the width of all columns. They get narrower (and the rows subsequently taller) until you can't actually see the filenames at all. Please see attached video.

The table view should be fixed-width and horizontal scrolling should be enabled when the left-side navigation bar is expanded.
