Space import does not correctly handle images from new editor

Summary

When the original page is on new editor, the attachments would be broken when importing the space to a different instance.

Environment

• Cloud to Cloud migration
• Space Import

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a space
2. Create a page with Meeting Notes template (new editor)
3. Add some images to the page
4. Export the space in XML
5. Import the backup to another Confluence Cloud

Expected Results

All attachments are working as shown on the original space

Actual Results

Attachments are broken on the destination instance.

Notes

• This only affects the images. PDF files are working after the import.
• Gallery macro shows the images properly, but the images that used "drap-and-drop" method to upload, are showing "Failed to load"
