Breadcrumbs in the editor are incorrect when using Create From Template macro

Summary

When using the "Create from template" macro button to create a new page from template, the Breadcrumbs in the editor are one level back from the correct placement in the tree structure. Saving the page will still place the page in the expected position in the tree.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page with a create from template macro
2. use the macro to create a page, and observe the breadcrumbs of the page in the draft.

Expected Results

The breadcrumbs show the new page and the parent page.

Actual Results

The breadcrumbs do not show the parent page or the new page in the breadcrumbs.

Notes

Not all instances are impacted.
Trying to change the location will show the wrong location as well.

Workaround

The page will still be placed in the correct location on the tree in spite of the breadcrumbs showing the wrong location.
