      When choosing Language (Romania, German, Norwegian etc) that has special characters as the default language, the special characters are displayed in strange characters.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Change your language settings to German

      Expected Results

      • Special Characters should be displayed correctly

      Actual Results

      • Special Characters are displaying in strange characters.
