      Summary

      When trying to view a page with JIRA Chart Macro, the macro shows "JIRA Charts are not available for your version of JIRA. Upgrade to JIRA 6.1.1 or later to use this macro.".

      • Only happens on JIRA Chart Macro
      • JIRA Issue macros work fine
      • The issue happens intermittently

      Workaround

      Contact Atlassian support in order to work internally on refreshing the content for the Chart macro connection between Jira and Confluence.
