Can't attach files on a bulleted/ numbered list list with the new editor

Summary

When using the new editor (meeting notes, blog post, templates), it's not possible to drag and drop a file to a bulleted or numbered list.

Environment

• Confluence Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new meeting notes
2. Create a numbered or bulleted list
3. try to drag and drop a file between two items of the list

Expected Results

The file should be uploaded and shown on the page

Actual Results

Nothing happens:

Workaround

Drop the file outside the list.
