Details

    Description

      Summary

In Confluence Cloud, when adding a link using the Link Macro, the user's Recently Viewed pages are not displaying. If any pages do display, it's generally the home page of a recently viewed space, but not the pages themselves.

The pages will appear in Your work > Recently visited

      Environment

      Confluence Cloud

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Visit a few pages in Confluence and keep note of which pages you visited.
      • On a new page, insert the link macro.

You'll see the recently viewed pages are

      1. Not in the list of suggestions
      2. If you click Search and go to Recently Viewed you will also not see them there.

      Expected Results

I would expect the pages either to be on the list of suggestions or under my Recently Viewed links.

      Actual Results

No pages are listed or only the homepage of a recently viewed space.

      Workaround

      Insert the link manually
