Images uploaded through Confluence Cloud Mobile App on iOS does not load in the Web Version of Confluence on PC

      Summary

      When an image is uploaded to a page using the Confluence Mobile App for Cloud on iOS, the preview of the image cannot be loaded when in the Confluence Web App on PC.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create or enter a test page using the Confluence mobile app on iOS.
      2. Insert an image using the image icon at the bottom of the mobile page editor.
      3. Publish the page.
      4. The image displays OK on the iOS phone app.
      5. However, if a user browses to the page on the web browser on a PC, clicking on the image does not load the image with a MediaApi error

      Workaround

      On iOS, users can opt to upload the images using the iOS Safari Mobile web browser instead.
