Allow Admins to select additional columns to display in Global Space Permissions page

      Problem Definition

      Currently, Confluence settings > Space permissions page lists all the individual spaces with Name, Key and Operations columns.

      If the Confluence admins do not have access to a space, they can only "recover permissions" to access the space to see the the owner of the space, admins etc.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow option to include more columns - e..g., Created by, Administrators etc so that the admins don't have to recover permissions.

      Why this is important

      helps get a better overview on all the spaces and who controls them.
