Summary

When creating a new space, the user add the description. Once save, the description become empty.

Steps to replicate

1. Click create space
2. Choose documentation space
3. Add all the details - Spacename, spacekey and description
4. Save the space

Observed behaviour

Expected behaviour

The description added when we create the space should be there.

Workaround

User may add the description from the Edit Space Details tab.
