White space appears before excerpt Include macro when Remove Surrounding Panel is enable/tick

Steps to replicate

1. Create a test page, and add excerpt macro
2. Then add note macro inside the excerpt macro
3. Create a new test page and add a text For testing purpose
4. Under the text, add excerpt include macro
   • Page Containing the Excerpt * must be the page name you created in step 1
   • Tick Surrounding Panel
5. Save the page
