Summary

When a user is not granted to "Add attachments" space permission, he will not able to view the attachments on blog posts.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a blog post and insert an image
2. Publish the blog
3. Go to Space tools > Permission, uncheck "Add attachments" from all users/groups
4. Go back to the blog post that created

Expected Results

Users should able to view attachments without "Add attachments" permission as it should impact only the ability to upload the attachments as per Space Permissions Overview:

Add attachment gives you permission to upload (attach) files to pages and blog posts in this space.

Actual Results

Attachments are showing blank:

After granting "Add attachments" permission, the page then working as expected:

Notes

• Attachments on the pages are not affected.
• Able to view the attachments after exported the page.

Workaround

Grant the users "Add attachments" permission
