User profile macro does not update the user's info when a change is made if the instance has People Directory

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a user profile macro and link it to a user
- Update the user info on People Directory
- Refresh the page with user profile macro
Expected Results
The info inside the macro will be updated
Actual Results
The info inside the macro doesn't update
