The keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+shift+v" to paste as plain text does not work

Summary

The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+V does not work in the Confluence editor.

How to Replicate

1. Copy a text with some format (like a link, or a bold text)
2. Try to paste it with NO formatting with the keyboard, pressing Ctrl+Shift+V

Expected behaviour

The Ctrl+Shift+V keyboard shortcut should paste copied text as plain text inside the editor.

Actual behaviour

The expected behavior does not happen. Nothing is pasted at all. (Customer has provided a video)
