Add blueprint wizard support by:

• Add a step in the blueprint workflow so the add-on can supply wizard like interface.
• This would come up between selecting the blueprint and redirecting the user to the create or view page.
• The output of the wizard would be passed in to the blueprint template and can be used to drive the content it creates.
