REST API uses UTC timezone

      Problem Definition

      When getting results via REST APIs, noticed the date time values are showing UTC time (GMT+0000), even the server timezone is set to other regions such as Sydney, US, etc.

      Why is this important?

      • This is causing confusion and inconvenience to users. It does not make sense for us to return the user.timezone to the users considering what is expected in any use case, is for the timezone to be returned as per the customer's preference. (Irregardless of how it can be converted)
