When rendering a macro that returns an ac:image, all of the attributes I have tested seem to work properly except for ac:style. It does not appear to work as documented here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/ConfCloud/Confluence+Storage+Format In fact, it appears that all styles are removed.

For some images, the vertical alignment is very important, so I hope someone can look at this quite soon.
