Add an attachment to a Draft page

      The use case is the following.

      • user create a page (draft)
      • before saving the page, they add a Balsamiq macro
      • the plugin needs the contentID of the page in order to attach the Balsamiq project

      Using the API navigator.getCurrent does not help. If invoked from a Draft it returns
