To add an abstraction layer on top of the REST api, we now have a new process for collecting the macro body.

Update the documentation and announce this change:
1) Announce to the connect mailing list the change, commenting that there rest api will continue to work
2) Process for replacing all calls collecting the macro body with calls to the new AP.getMacroBody
