content.* context parameters don't work for macros

    Description

      The page.* and blog.* context parameters are deprecated and should be replaced with content.* parameters. Currently the content.* parameters are not being substituted.

      1. create an addon, with a macro
      2. on the url parameter, use contentId={content.id}
      3. note that the contentId query parameter will not be set
