The task report is rendering the atl.general web panel at the top of the macro

The Task Report (used when creating a Minute Notes) is rendering the atl.general web panel at the top it self. This location should (historically) be reserved to the top of the page. This means that the web panel content is shown twice on the page.

We've got one customer currently that is having an issue with Announcer for Confluence because of this.
