It's not possible to indent lists anymore

Environment

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert a Heading 1 text and press enter
2. Indent a level, insert a heading 2 text and press enter
3. Indent a level (to be at the same level as above)
4. Insert a list (bulleted or numbered)

Expected Results

The list should be indented as image below:

Actual Results

The list is not indented, as you can see below:
