Confluence Questions: search can't find words in plural (or with a final "s")

      Summary

      Searching for a word in plural (or any word with a final "s") on "What do you want to know?" will return no Question, even if there is a Question with that exact same word. Removing the final "s" will make the Question be listed.

      Environment

      • Confluence Cloud with Questions for Confluence

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Add Questions for Confluence to your instance at https://<instance>.atlassian.net/admin/billing/addapplication
      • Navigate to the Questions on the sidebar.
      • On the "What do you want to know?" box, type: What do do when the laptop hangs?
      • Click on "Ask question".
      • Add the Topics > Save.
      • Click on Questions on the sidebar.
      • Type "hang" on the "What do you want to know?" box.
      • The Question you added with the word "hangs" will appear listed.
      • Now, type the exactly word of the question: "hangs".

      Expected Results

      • The Question "What do do when the laptop hangs?" will appear listed.

      Actual Results

      • No Question appears.

      Workaround

      • Type the desired word with no final "s".
