Include Page from Publically Accessible External Confluence Account

Use Case:

Reference another Confluence document from a different cloud account (e.g. documentation for a dependency). 

Where this should be possible:

"Include Page" Macro

The Problem

It seems the "Include Page" macro is limited to Spaces "owned" by the current cloud account. 

Can we allow including pages from public, external confluence spaces?
