When creating pages in confluence that have large tables or code blocks, it's nice to nest them in macros like 'expand' or 'code block' that collapse and keep the page minimal until the information is required.
Unfortunately, when editing the page, the macros appear expanded and create an extremely long document that you need to scroll through in order to find the actual lines you wish to edit.
This is an issue because when you enter edit mode, your page is scrolled to the incorrect editing location, since the page is now much larger than in viewing mode with the data collapsed.
To avoid this issue and save time and frustration when performing multiple edits, it would be great if the macros collapsed and perhaps maintained the state they were in during viewing mode when the 'edit' button was pressed.
