Summary

Cannot download any export generated files in Safari 11.1 with High Sierra 10.13.4 

Environment

Confluence Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade to High Sierra 10.13.4
2. Open a new page in Safari
3. Export a space or generate a full site backup.
4. Try to use the generated URL to retrieve the export file.
5. Notice that nothing happens once you click on ”Download here" 

Expected Results

The exported file should be successfully downloaded

Actual Results

Nothing happens once you click on “Download here”

Notes

Customers mentioned that they are experiencing the same issue on MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 and Safari v 11.1.

This is not reproducible on MacOS 10.13.3 and Version 11.0.3

Workaround

Try to download the file in another browser, for example, Google Chrome.
