"Working with boards" documentation some missing information about using multiple workflows on Business projects and by consequence the effects on Business board. This is an issue as using multiple workflows, or having a workflow that has two transitions from the same origin status to the same destination status would not allow the business board to be displayed. It may mislead some customers when reading the documentation.

May I recommend then that the confluence page explicitly state that the business project board doesn’t support multiple workflows (as opposed to suggesting we “aligning [our] workflows”) under “Your project contains issues that have different workflows<https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/working-with-boards-800712866.html>”?

Additionally, I would also recommend that the confluence page explicitly include global transitions under “Two issue transitions go to the same status<https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/working-with-boards-800712866.html>”.
