Globally disable email notifications with page content

      Problem Definition

      Some users may prefer to keep all e-mail notification features, but not to receive any notifications regarding page content such as:

      • Page creation
      • Page Edition
      • Page move

      Suggested Solution

      Allow members of the site-admins group to disable these features globally.
