Navigation Issue in a Panel Macro

Summary

When the cursor is inside the panel macro and you press the up or down arrow, you do not go to the previous or next line in the panel but you go out of the macro.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a panel macro to a page
2. Populate the panel macro
3. Try to navigate by using the up or down arrow

Expected Results

• As tested on a previous Confluence Server version 6.5.0. Pressing the up or down arrow in a Panel macro should go to the previous or next line in the panel macro.

Actual Results

• Pressing the up and down arrow in a Panel does not go to the previous or next line in the panel but you go out of the macro.
