In the Cloud platform, when working with the installation of specific add-ons (e.g. Gliffy, Trello), the same will add a new user to the application, that will be responsible for managing and having the add-on's functions properly working with the application.

However, as the same will be an active system user, it will be displayed in the People Directory:

As these users are not contributors/members of the site, this is a suggestion to have only users added/created by the administrator/application displaying in the People Directory. Specifically, only Active users (not including the system users)
