Shortcuts are not kept after import (space or site)

Summary

Shortcuts that are created in the space sidebar are not kept after a space/site import.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create shortcuts on your space(s).
2. Export your space/site as XML.
3. Import your XML export to a new Confluence Cloud instance.

Expected Results

The space shortcuts are kept and updated to the correct new URL.

Actual Results

The space shortcuts are removed upon import.

Workaround

No automated process to work around this issue. The shortcuts must be recreated manually post-import.
