Stride - smart detecting questions, and searching / creating a confluence question

As a Confluence/Stride user I want stride to recognise when I'm asking a question in a room.

When stride sees a question it will search confluence questions in related spaces and respond with links to the 3 most relevant questions ...

AND a link / button that will take users to a draft of their question where they can publish / answer the question for future users
