When editing a new customer global template or a new space template, the buttons that allow adding a label to the template is missing.

• Create a new template and start editing said template
• Alternatively, you can edit any existing template.

Expected Results

The editor provides a button that allows you the ability to add labels to the template.

Actual Results

There is no UI element that allows adding labels to the template.
