Allow Unlicensed Users to view Team Calendar's events

      The request

      Currently, Unlicensed users and Active Jira users are not able to view the content from a Jira Calendar embed in a Knowledgebase article Confluence page. It would be nice if they would be able to see the content of the events in the calendar, instead of a blank one.

      Steps to replicate

      1. Allow Unlicensed Access to users from Jira Service Desk
      2. Create a knowledgebase page with a Team Calendar on it
      3. Visit the Knowledgebase article

      Expected Behavior

      The user is able to see the public events on the calendar

      Actual behavior

      The calendar is completely empty
