Problem Definition

Many Cloud users are requesting that we have some sort of restricted view for anonymous users, for example that does not include the sidebar, Space Tools (See CONFCLOUD-55260), Search, Activity, Spaces list etc.

Users have also suggested hiding the login option, although I don't know how feasible this would be since it would require providing anonymous users with a separate URL than the one that regular users are given to access Confluence.

Suggested Solution

Provide a "Public User" view that would hide more of these features as not to confuse anonymous users that just need to read the content on the Confluence site.
