Description
Summary
Excerpting content from Blogposts using Blogposts Macro is retrieving content outside the Excerpt Macro
Description
You may set a Blogposts Macro in order to retrieve content from blogposts within the same space.
In the Macro panel you can set it to fetch different levels of data - you may set it to get only the blogposts title, only what's inside the excerpt macro, or all the content at the blogpost.
If you choose the second option - to show only what's inside the excerpt macro - it actually shows all the content of the page (if it fits the page - otherwise it'll only show part of the content, going past the excerpt macro and breaking the content with a "..." at the end.
Steps to Reproduce
- On a Space with blogposts, create a page
- Add a Blogposts macro to this page
- Select the Excerpt option inside the macro configuration panel
- Preview or Publish the page
Expected Results
The macro should fetch the blogpost title and only the pieces of content that are inside the Excerpt macro.
Actual Results
The macro fetches all data in the page - even what's outside the Excerpt -, breaking the content around the 500th character, adding an "..." at the end of it.
