Description
Summary
For some instances, we are noticing users with page trees a few levels deep, they are automatically collapsing when clicking on sub-pages.
Environment
- Atlassian Confluence Cloud, New Look
- Browser does not seem to matter but has been replicated in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page with several children
- For those children, create a few deeper levels, so that you have at least 4 levels of pages.
- Open the page tree on the sidebar, click a child, and then a child of that child.
- For some cases, it will automatically close the entire page tree and you will need to reopen it in order to select its children again.
- Note I have only been able to replicate this on the instances that report it. I have not been able to replicate this on my own instance.
Expected Results
Page tree should stay open as long as you are navigating the children in that page tree.
Actual Results
Page tree is automatically closing.
Workaround
No current workaround.
