Summary

When creating a link to an anchor, the link is not properly built with the correct anchor name causing the link to fail or not redirect to the correct content.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Put an anchor on your page with a name anchortest
2. Highlight some text on the same page and create a link to this anchor.

Expected Results

The link is properly created and redirects you to the anchor once you publish the page.

Actual Results

The link is created but only to the page itself or to an anchor with a cropped name (eg. anchort instead of anchortest)

Workaround

Once you have entered your anchor's name, add a space before the # character then immediately remove it and save. The link will be properly created.
