Jira Issues Macro Table Should Respect Column Configuration of Saved Filters

Problem Definition

Customers who are using the Jira Issues Macro to display a saved filter which has a configured a custom column display within the Jira Issue Navigator needs to manually recreate the Column Order within Confluence

If a Saved Filter is being used in the Jira Issues Macro, display it in the same fashion as if it was seen through the Jira Issue Navigator
