Summary

The documentation states:

Once you save your first decision page, Confluence will create a decision register page for the space you're in, and add a shortcut to it in space's sidebar. The decision register and lists all the decisions in that space.

Expected Behavior

After creating a page based on the blueprint, the Decision Register should be created and appended to the sidebar.

Actual Behavior

The Page is not created

Steps to Replicate

1. Go/Create a Space
2. Click on + in the sidebar to create a Page
3. Choose the Decision Blueprint template
4. Create Page
