Summary

Allow administrators to configure the settings of Recommended Updates, such as a minimum number of likes or comments in order to trigger the job that sends the email to users.

Actual Behavior

There is a defined number of three pages that are sent on the Recommended Updates, and for smaller instances, it would be good to have such a granular configuration, since the number of pages created, liked or comment is small.
