Images with Effects are not rendered

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Confluence, add an Image to a page
2. Add any effect to the image
3. Save the Page

Expected Results

The images should be displayed.

Actual Results

Images are not displayed - instead there's only a blank space. No errors are displayed on the UI. On the back end, the following message is logged:

WARN: Transform failed for reason: CLIENT_NOT_CONFIGURED

Workaround

• Remove any effects from the image
• Remove the image and add it back again to the page.
