Issue

When copying and pasting images (clipboard or drag n drop) directly into confluence cloud without using the insert files/images macro the images will not appear on any mobile devices. A thumbnail renders with a broken image icon and when you click on it get cannot open file.

When images are inserted this way they can be seen properly on the full desktop web client regardless if the images macro is used or copy/clipboard.

Workaround

When commenting or creating the initial page the "insert files and images" macro via Ctrl+M has to be used for the image to properly render on BOTH the native mobile iOS & Android apps as well as the mobile browser login (iOS and Android browsers)
