Unable to create a Decisions register page

      NOTE: According to our Decisions Blueprint Documentation:

      Once you save your first decision page, Confluence will create a decision register page for the space you're in, and add a shortcut to it in the space's sidebar. The decision register and lists all the decisions in that space.

      Doesn't create a new Decisions register page
